The traditional Carbon Fiber look -- the fabric "money layer" makes these tubes ideal for aesthetic applications. Fabric tubing has all the structural qualities of unidirectional tubing with an outer woven fabric decorative layer. Also, the carbon fabric outer layer helps minimize fraying and splintering during cutting and/or drilling operations.

Made of carbon fiber, these are the strongest composite round tubes we offer. Carbon fiber is comparable in strength to 6061 aluminum yet lighter in weight. These round tubes are often used to build frames and structures.

Plain tubes have a 0° construction layup, which means their fibers are aligned in a single direction for linear strength and rigidity. They resist bending but will crush easily if impacted. They’re often used to support structures.

Checked tubes have a 0°/90° construction layup, which means their fibers are aligned in two directions to resist crushing and twisting better than plain tubes. Their checked appearance is the most common design for carbon fiber.

Glossy tubes reflect light and can be modified with a clear coat or sanded down for a matte finish.

Matte tubes don’t reflect light and can be painted without any prep work. They’re often used in photography applications.

High precision lightweight carbon tube with a “twill” fabric outer layer and a precisely polished outside diameter with a tolerance of +/- 0.1 mm. The material structure ensures the tube has optimal strength and stiffness, and low weight. Available in lengths of 1000 and 2000 mm.

The carbon fiber tubes Shanghai Lijin mainly produce is table-rolled and oven thermoset. The tubes can be Full Carbon or Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass composite, depending on the application, weight limit,mechanical

strength and surface requirement.Shanghai Lijin offers top quality ROUND carbon fiber tubes. The general OD tolerance we achieve is +/-0.10mm and it can be even +/-0.05mm after our special surface process.

The maximum length of the tube can be 5500mm.

Besides the traditional table-rolled carbon fiber tubes, Shanghai Lijin also offers REAL Filament wound carbon fiber tubes,which are widely used for mechanical strength like auto driving shaft, antennas, even for military

applications. The filament wound carbon tubes are wound at a certain angle like 30 or 45 degree. We invested the new production line from Jun 2013 and this increases Shanghai Lijin’s advantage in the carbon

fiber tube industry. There are just a few real filament wound carbon fiber tube manufacturers in domestic
